Kim Larsen

Head of Global Communications & Brand Experience
ING
"New banks are raising the bar but that keeps us on our toes."
Kim Larsen is the Head of Global Communications & Brand Experience at the ING. The bank has its roots in The Netherlands but now has clients in over 40 countries.

The digital transformation of the banking sector encouraged a lot of new digital companies to enter the market. How does ING compete with old and new rivals? And: it is Kim’s job to make ING more brand driven. But luckily, he doesn’t pursue that goal on his own, he leads a team of 500 colleagues around the world.
Before Kim Larsen started working at ING in November 2021, he worked at the Danske Bank and at the global communications agency Burson Cohn & Wolfe, formerly known as Burson-Marsteller.
